The names of the bags...
Maybe you noticed it already... all the bags have a name of a place; the CUSCO, the AMSTERDAM, the IBIZA, the CARTAGENA and so further...
And not without a reason. I love to travel. And actually traveling the world, was the start of setting up my label Fairia Ibiza. A good reason to give my bags, my babies, a name of my favorite places.
I grew up in the Netherlands. Actually in a little town, but I love to visit the capital: AMSTERDAM. It's so nice to wander around, to look at the beautiful historic buildings, to shop in 'de negen straatjes'... So of course I had to add this name to my bags.
Cartagena is my favorite city of Colombia, so one of the bags made in Colombia is named after this beautiful, colourful city.
Paris is the city of love, so how do you think I called the heart shaped bag?
Years ago I start traveling. When traveling I like to see the real country, not only touristic places. So in the beginning of my travel career, I decided to go as volunteer to Africa. I've been to Malawi, Ethiopia and South Africa. In South Africa I fell in love with Capetown. Such a beautiful city! And did you know they have penguins there?
Also one of my favorite cities to visit is Cusco. The capital of the Inca empire. Oooh, how much I love to visit this place?! Located high in the Andes, colourful and so beautiful.
